Painted Perches is a community-focused art project hatching along LeBreton
St N in Ottawa's Chinatown. Hand-painted birdhouses — made by neighbours,
kids, seniors, and local artists — are hung on fences, trees, and
storefronts, turning the street into an open-air walking gallery. Each
birdhouse has its own (optional) page on an online trail map, and anyone is
invited to paint one, host one, or simply come find them. Started by Ottawa
creator Jesse Burcsik, alongside a growing number of neighbours helping to

Painted Perches est un projet artistique communautaire qui transforme la
rue LeBreton en une galerie à ciel ouvert de cabanes d'oiseaux peintes à la
main.

Painted Perches est un projet artistique communautaire : des cabanes
d'oiseaux peintes à la main, installées dans les rues du quartier chinois
d'Ottawa, à commencer par la rue LeBreton. Chacune est créée par un voisin
ou un artiste local, hébergée à proximité et cartographiée en ligne pour que
tout le monde puisse la découvrir. Créées par des voisins, trouvées par tous.

MOYEN
Painted Perches est un projet artistique local et communautaire de cabanes
d'oiseaux peintes à la main. Chaque cabane est créée et entretenue par un
voisin. Chacune possède sa propre page (facultative) sur la carte du
parcours. C'est un projet de quartier, une plateforme pour rassembler les
gens et apporter un peu plus de fantaisie dans nos vies.

LONG
Painted Perches est un projet artistique communautaire qui éclôt le long de
la rue LeBreton Nord, dans le quartier chinois d'Ottawa. Des cabanes
d'oiseaux peintes à la main — par des voisins, des enfants, des aînés et des
artistes locaux — sont accrochées aux clôtures, aux arbres et aux vitrines,
transformant la rue en une galerie à ciel ouvert. Chaque cabane a sa propre
page (facultative) sur une carte du parcours en ligne, et tout le monde est
invité à en peindre une, à en héberger une, ou simplement à venir les
découvrir. Lancé par le créateur d'Ottawa Jesse Burcsik, aux côtés d'un
nombre grandissant de voisins qui apportent ensemble plus de fantaisie au
